Veterans Day Deals 2025 are being offered across the United States as restaurants, cafés, and dining chains extend appreciation to veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families. Each year on November 11, Americans observe Veterans Day to honor the courage, sacrifice, and service of the nation’s military community. This long-standing tradition began as Armistice Day, marking the end of World War I in 1918, and was officially renamed Veterans Day in 1954 to recognize all U.S. veterans.

On this day, many national dining chains create special Veterans Day Deals 2025, offering free meals, beverages, discounts, and special promotions. While the offers are generous, most require a valid military ID or proof of service such as a Veteran ID Card or DD214. Some deals are available for dine-in only, and participation may vary by location.

One of the most widely recognized offers comes from Applebee’s, which is providing veterans and active-duty military members with a free full-sized entrée from a special Veterans Day menu. At over 460 Applebee’s locations owned by the Flynn Group, guests can also purchase a prepaid pint of beer to be served to a veteran with a personalized message. Unclaimed beers will be converted into donations to local veterans’ charities. Other Applebee’s locations are offering veterans a $5 Bounce Back Card to use on a future visit.

Chipotle is offering a “buy one, get one free” entrée deal between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Veterans Day for veterans and active-duty personnel with a valid ID. Additionally, customers can round up their bill to support the USO, which assists active service members and their families.

For those starting their day early, Krispy Kreme is giving veterans a free donut and coffee, no purchase required.
Starbucks is offering a free tall brewed hot or iced coffee to veterans, service members, and spouses.
Red Lobster is serving a free Shrimp & Chips entrée, while
Cracker Barrel is offering a free Sunrise Pancake Special to dine-in guests with proof of service.

Many other restaurant chains have also joined the Veterans Day Deals 2025 program, offering their own complimentary items, discounts, or meal specials. Arby’s is providing a free Classic Roast Beef Sandwich at select locations. Benihana is offering a free entrée (up to $59 value) to veterans with valid ID. BJ’s Restaurants & Brewhouse is giving a free Pizookie dessert to veterans dining in. Blaze Pizza is offering a free pizza and donating to Folds of Honor for every pizza sold on Veterans Day.

The list continues with Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili’s, MOD Pizza, Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, TGI Fridays, and dozens more honoring military service through dining benefits and special recognition.

These Veterans Day Deals 2025 are more than simple promotions; they are part of a broader effort to recognize and celebrate the sacrifice of those who have served. Whether it’s a cup of coffee, a warm meal, or a heartfelt acknowledgment in a restaurant dining room, the offers symbolize gratitude.

Before heading out, veterans are encouraged to check whether their nearest location is participating and whether dine-in restrictions apply.

Veterans Day remains a day of remembrance, respect, and gratitude — and these offers help extend that appreciation in a meaningful, everyday way.
